Type 104 Modelling
Using TYPE 104 for microchannel and integral HP modelling.
TYPE 104 is better suited for integral HP with microchannel condensers. It’s part of the TRNAUS extension library and can also model integral HP with wrap-around coil and internally submerged condensers.
Condenser Types
Select the condenser type via the MODE parameter:
- MODE = 4: Microchannel condenser
- MODE = 5: Wrap-around coil
- MODE = 6: Internally submerged coil
Availability
As of February 2025:
- VEU Registry: TYPE 104 is accepted ✓
- CER submissions: Continue using TYPE 138
