Certificate counts are computed from the model's registered performance data using the current regulated equations. A lodged claim depends on the specific installation, household size, and the scheme rules in force at creation. Energy savings % is against the AS/NZS 4234:2021 reference electric storage water heater for that zone, medium household, calculated from the model's registered performance data.

The ENEFT EL320AIO-NE is an all-in-one heat pump water heater built around a 320 L enamel-lined steel tank protected by a magnesium anode rod. The “NE” variant ships without an electric booster element, so both the Eco and Hybrid controller modes run on the heat pump alone, heating water to a maximum of 60 degrees C (the default outlet setpoint).

The manual gives a heat pump operating range of -5 to 43 degrees C ambient and a legionella control routine that boosts at least 45 percent of tank volume to 60 degrees C daily. Water connections are G3/4 female thread, and the unit runs on a single-phase 220 to 240 V supply.

ENEFT warranties the heat pump for 2 years parts and labour, and the tank for 5 years at full replacement value plus a further pro-rated year, ending 6 years from installation. The manual does not state the refrigerant type for this model.
