  • English session: 11:00 AEST / 13:00 NZST (Microsoft Teams)
  • Mandarin session: 11:00 China time (VooV Meeting)

What this session covers

A briefing on where the AU/NZ heat pump water heater market and its regulations are heading, followed by a live look at the tools EnergyAE is building for the industry.

AU/NZ market and regulatory update (20 minutes)

The state of MEPS for HPWH under the AS/NZS 5125.1 Appendix H test method, the expected GEMS implementation timeline, and how this will interact with existing incentive schemes: SRES, VEU and ESS. What is changing, when, and what it means for your testing and product plans.

HPWH Intelligence Platform walkthrough (15 minutes)

A live walkthrough of the HPWH Intelligence Platform EnergyAE is building for the AU/NZ HPWH industry, including the integrated MEPS simulation. The simulation runs your product through the Appendix H test sequences and predicts the result before you commit to physical testing.

Live Q&A (15 minutes)

Bring your questions on MEPS, GEMS, scheme registration, or modelling. We answer as many as time allows.

Who should attend

HPWH manufacturers, importers, and distributors selling into Australia and New Zealand, and the compliance, product, and engineering teams who support them. The content suits both companies already registered under the schemes and those preparing their first products for the market.
