The ENEFT EL320AIO2 is an all-in-one heat pump water heater: a wrap-around R290 heat pump built into the same cabinet as a 320 L tank, standing 2060 mm high and 640 mm in diameter. The manual rates the unit at 2.5 kW heating capacity and 0.87 kW power input, based on inlet water from 14 to 55 degrees C and air at 19 degrees C dry bulb / 15 degrees C wet bulb, and gives a heat pump operating range of -10 to 40 degrees C ambient.
A boost electric element backs up the heat pump (Fast Heating and Electric Heater modes on the controller), and outlet water temperature can reach 70 degrees C. Rated water supply pressure is 800 kPa and the PTR valve is set to 850 kPa. A weekly disinfect function boosts 90 percent of tank volume to 61 degrees C with a 1 degree C deadband.
ENEFT warranties the heat pump for 2 years parts and labour, and the tank for 5 years at full replacement value plus a further pro-rated year, ending 6 years from installation.
