The Gree GRS-2.3Pd/TD200ANpH-K is an integral heat pump water heater: the R290 heat pump and a 206 L storage tank are built into a single monobloc cabinet (663 mm wide, 670 mm deep, 1643 mm tall, 97 kg net). It is rated at 2.3 kW heating capacity and 0.426 kW power input, tested at an outdoor ambient of 20/15 degrees C (DB/WB) with water heated from 10 to 55 degrees C, and produces 44 dB(A) of sound. Refrigerant charge is 330 g of R290.
The heat pump operates from -7 to 45 degrees C ambient; a 2.0 kW electric element backs up the heat pump below that range or in Boost mode. Hot water outlet temperature is adjustable from 35 to 70 degrees C, with a factory default of 60 degrees C, and a sterilisation function heats the upper part of the tank to 60 degrees C daily. Water connections are 1/2 inch (15 mm) for the cold inlet and hot outlet, with a 3/4 inch (20 mm) PTR valve outlet.
