Certificate counts are computed from the model's registered performance data using the current regulated equations. A lodged claim depends on the specific installation, household size, and the scheme rules in force at creation. Energy savings % is against the AS/NZS 4234:2021 reference electric storage water heater for that zone, medium household, calculated from the model's registered performance data.

The Gree GRS-2.3Pd/TD320ANpH1-K is an integral heat pump water heater: the R290 heat pump and a 309 L storage tank are built into a single monobloc cabinet (663 mm wide, 670 mm deep, 2123 mm tall). The manual’s product specification table gives heating capacity, power input, refrigerant charge, sound level and net weight for the 200 L and 270 L models in the same range, but leaves these cells blank for the 320 L unit, so they are omitted here pending a data sheet or test report.

The heat pump operates from -7 to 45 degrees C ambient, and a 2.0 kW electric element is common to the range as backup below that range or in Boost mode (the manual separately describes a 12 degrees C default temperature dead-band specific to the 320 L unit’s control logic). Hot water outlet temperature is adjustable from 35 to 70 degrees C, with a factory default of 60 degrees C. Water connections are 1/2 inch (15 mm) for the cold inlet and hot outlet, with a 3/4 inch (20 mm) PTR valve outlet.

The manual cites AS 3498 and AS/NZS 2712 as the applicable product standards. The public register lists this product as “GRS-2.3Pd/TD320ANpH-K” (without the “1” that appears in the manual’s model code); treated here as the same physical unit.
