Certificate counts are computed from the model's registered performance data using the current regulated equations. A lodged claim depends on the specific installation, household size, and the scheme rules in force at creation. Energy savings % is against the AS/NZS 4234:2021 reference electric storage water heater for that zone, medium household, calculated from the model's registered performance data.

The Haier HP330M10 is an integral heat pump water heater: the R290 heat pump and a 330 L glass-lined steel tank are built into a single monobloc cabinet, roughly 710 mm wide by 740 mm deep and 1993 mm tall, weighing 123 kg net empty. It shares the same 4.0 kW heating capacity and 0.98 kW rated compressor power input as the 200 L model, tested at 20/15 degrees C ambient (DB/WB) heating water from 15 to 55 degrees C for a declared COP of 4.00, and produces 45 dB(A) at 1 m. Refrigerant charge is 0.6 kg of R290.

The heat pump operates from -7 to 45 degrees C ambient. A 2.2 kW electric element provides backup and boost heating, with the outlet temperature adjustable from 35 to 75 degrees C and a factory default of 60 degrees C (65 degrees C maximum on heat pump alone). Water connections are Rp 3/4 inch for the cold inlet, hot outlet and PTR valve.

The manual cites AS/NZS 2712 and AS 3498 as the applicable product standards. This unit is sold in Australia and New Zealand under Haier and Fisher & Paykel branding.
