The Neopower NA31-210A is the 210 L entry point in the Black Diamond all-in-one range: a vitreous enamel-lined steel tank wrapped in a micro-channel heat exchanger, with the R290 heat pump and electric booster built into the same cylindrical cabinet (620 mm diameter, 1582 mm tall, 107 kg net). Declared performance is 2.9 kW heating capacity, 0.67 kW power input and a COP of 4.33 at an ambient of 20 degC DB / 15 degC WB with water heated from 15 to 55 degC, with sound output of 42 dB. Refrigerant charge is 400 g of R290.
The unit runs across an ambient range of -7 to 43 degC. Standard mode (factory default) heats to 60 degC on the heat pump alone; Hybrid or Electric modes bring the 1.5 kW electric element in to lift outlet temperature to 70 degC. Heating water production rate is rated at 65 L/hr.
This is the same Black Diamond design and spec sheet as the NA32-260A and NA37-315A, scaled down to a 1-2 person household. Component warranty (Imaca Pty Ltd) is 6 years on all system parts, with 2 years labour cover.
