Panasonic covers the compressor for 7 years (domestic), the controller and cylinder for 5 years, and labour for 1 year. Panasonic’s AU-registered HE-UM60CR split CO2 unit (315 L, COP 6.11, 37 dB(A), -10C ambient) uses the same “HE-UM60” heat pump family and shares the 37 dB(A) noise figure, but the NZ page states a 300 L tank rather than 315 L and does not restate the COP figure, so no confirmed AU-equivalent match is recorded pending clarification of the tank size discrepancy.
