The Rheem Ambiheat HDc270 (551270) is the earlier R134a-refrigerant generation of the HDc270 all-in-one heat pump, superseded on Rheem’s current site by the R513a 571D270. It shares the wrap-around microchannel heating design and 270 L storage tank (195 L boost capacity), with a rated heat pump power input of 985 W and a 2.4 kW electric backup element.
Declared COP is 4.5 at 19 degrees C ambient, sound level 47 dB(A) at 1 metre, and operating range from -5 degrees C upward to 43 degrees C. Overall cabinet dimensions are 1825 mm high by 600 mm wide and deep.
