The heat pump uses CO2 (R744) refrigerant with a scroll compressor and inverter control, rated at 4.99 kW heating output for 0.84 kW power input (COP 5.96) at 32.45 degrees C ambient and 18.74 degrees C inlet water, and operates down to -10 degrees C ambient.

The system delivers hot water at 63 degrees C, runs at 37 dBA, and the stainless tank carries a 10-year full-replacement warranty plus 5 years prorata (15 years total); the heat pump unit carries 6 years on the older FQTS model or 10 years on the newer WiFi-enabled FQTD model.

The same physical product is registered under FQS, FQTS and FQTD model codes (tank fitting and control revisions). Older EQT-series 300 L model codes on the STC register predate this heat pump generation and are not covered by this entry pending separate spec confirmation.
