The VIVA 270L is an all-in-one integral heat pump water heater: the compressor, fan and evaporator share the same cabinet as the 270 L tank, with no separate outdoor unit. It uses R290 refrigerant with a variable-speed, full-inverter compressor, and a built-in Wi-Fi module for remote monitoring and control.
The unit operates at 43 dB(A) and heats water to 75 degrees C, with a built-in anti-legionella cycle. VIVA advertises an A++ energy rating and TUV SUD certification for the range.
VIVA backs the unit with a 7-year parts warranty, extending to 5 years parts and labour on the glass-lined tank and refrigeration components. The manufacturer’s website does not publish rated heating capacity, power input, COP, dimensions, weight, or ambient operating range for this model.
