The unit delivers hot water at up to 60 degrees C (Eco mode setpoint), has a declared COP of 4.63 (20 degrees C ambient, heating water 20 to 60 degrees C), and stands 2005 mm high by 620 mm diameter, weighing 125 kg net. Installation is outdoor only and requires a licensed refrigeration mechanic.
The “-H” suffix denotes the same physical product fitted with a hard-water anode (recommended where supply TDS exceeds 600 mg/L), grouped here as the same tank and heat pump. Tank parts carry a 7 year warranty (3 years labour) for single-family dwellings, reducing to 3 years parts (1 year labour) for other applications; heat pump components (controller, compressor, refrigeration parts) carry 3 years parts/labour (single dwelling) or 1 year (other applications).
