Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU)
Victorian scheme administered by the ESC that issues VEECs for residential and commercial HPWH installations.

The VEU program provides financial incentives to businesses and households that carry out prescribed energy efficiency activities. VEECs are created by accredited providers and traded on the open market — current prices can be found at demandmanager.com.au.

Activities 1D and 3C use AS/NZS 4234:2021 load size 1 for certificate calculation but must satisfy the load size 2 minimum criteria (≥60% energy savings, MDT ≥45°C).
