When a client asks about their application status, provide the relevant information from the scheme administrator’s contact details below.
CER (SRES)
Processing timeframe: 4–5 months from application round closure to register publication
Client communication:
The CER aims to publish the updated register 4–5 months following the closing of the application round. You can check the current status via the CER Register or contact the CER directly at cer-ret-swh@cer.gov.au for a status update.

Processing timeframe: 6–10 weeks from submission to approval

ESC (VEU) processing time varies by application type but is typically 6–10 weeks from submission to approval. You can check your application status via the VEU Portal or check the VEU Product Register for published products. For status updates, contact products@esc.vic.gov.au.
