Send within 2 business days of quote acceptance, before modelling begins. Use this to open the project thread, set expectations, and request all kickoff information in one consolidated ask.

Thanks for confirming that you would like to proceed with the large commercial modelling project for {Project / Product Range}.
To get the project started, please complete the attached Project Kickoff Form and upload the available documents to the project folder here:

The kickoff form captures the brand, legal entity, product, control settings, documentation, portal access, and signatory details we need before modelling can begin. It is designed to avoid repeated document requests later in the project.
Please aim to return the completed form and available documents by {Due Date}. We cannot begin modelling until the key project identity, product, control, and documentation items are confirmed.
The main documents we will need are:
- EN 14511 heat pump performance test report
- Tank heat loss report or Appendix E calculation inputs
- AS/NZS 2712 certificate for each individual tank below 700 L, if applicable
- AS/NZS 3498 certificate for potable water components
- Dimensioned tank drawings
- System schematic
- Control declaration or control logic description
- Pipe insulation specification
- Heat pump and tank data plate images
- Installation manual and operation manual
- Warranty documentation
Please also confirm whether the project is targeting:
- VEU Activity 44
- NSW ESS IHEAB
- Both schemes
Once we have the kickoff form and documents, we will review the package and come back with any consolidated follow-up questions.
