7. Closeout
How EnergyAE closes out a Large Commercial modelling project: closeout sprint, deliverables, debrief, and KMS update register.
A Large Commercial project does not end at submission. It ends when the closeout sprint is complete: approvals confirmed, invoices issued, debrief produced, and KMS update tasks identified and assigned. Projects that skip a defined sprint tend to drift.
