When to use
Send when the client needs to sign declarations, authorisation letters, control declarations, warranty extensions, or scheme documents. Use a numbered list so similar documents are not missed.

Each document needs an individual signature. The documents are:

Although some of the documents may look very similar, each refers to a distinct product, system, scheme, or evidence item and must be signed separately.
