7. Closeout

How EnergyAE closes out a residential HPWH modelling project.

A residential modelling project does not end at submission. It ends when the closeout sprint is complete: submissions and approvals are recorded, final files are clean, invoices are issued, debrief lessons are captured, and any KMS update tasks are assigned.

Phase sub-tasks

  1. Confirm submission or approval status for each scheme.
  2. Save confirmation emails, portal screenshots, and approval references.
  3. Update Monday.com and EMO.
  4. Clean the SharePoint project folder and archive working files.
  5. Issue final invoice through Xero.
  6. Send closeout email where useful.
  7. Complete the project debrief and identify KMS update tasks.
  8. Request director sign-off.

Exit gate

Phase 7 exits when the director signs off the closeout checklist. Until then the project remains active.
