7. Closeout
How EnergyAE closes out a residential HPWH modelling project.
A residential modelling project does not end at submission. It ends when the closeout sprint is complete: submissions and approvals are recorded, final files are clean, invoices are issued, debrief lessons are captured, and any KMS update tasks are assigned.

Phase sub-tasks
- Confirm submission or approval status for each scheme.
- Save confirmation emails, portal screenshots, and approval references.
- Update Monday.com and EMO.
- Clean the SharePoint project folder and archive working files.
- Issue final invoice through Xero.
- Send closeout email where useful.
- Complete the project debrief and identify KMS update tasks.
- Request director sign-off.
Exit gate
Phase 7 exits when the director signs off the closeout checklist. Until then the project remains active.
