6. Submission
How to submit residential HPWH applications to CER, VEU, and IPART/TESSA.
Phase 6 lodges the approved modelling and audit evidence with the relevant scheme administrators.
Submission is the point where small mismatches become visible to regulators, so complete a final review before lodging. Save portal screenshots, application IDs, emails, and confirmation receipts in the project submission folder.

Phase sub-tasks
- Complete director final review before lodgement.
- Confirm portal access and authorised signatory details still work.
- Lodge CER/SRES, VEU, and/or ESS applications as scoped.
- Save confirmation screenshots and application IDs.
- Send the submission confirmation email to the client.
- Monitor application status and respond to RFIs.
- Record approvals and certificate quantities in EMO and Monday.com.

Phase 6 exits when director final review passes and all in-scope applications are confirmed lodged, or when a client-managed lodgement has been handed over with written instructions.
The next phase is Phase 7 - Closeout.
