Accessing VEU & ESS Accounts

To access a client’s VEU or ESS account, EnergyAE staff must request the client add us as a secondary user to their portal account.

The email address we provide must be unique, therefore we can use a different email for each client using a +alias.

For example: if your regular email is david.muchiri@energyae.com, and the client’s brand is Mitsubishi, the alias could be: david.muchiri+mitsubishi@energyae.com.

Note: +aliases will automatically forward to your regular email - no additional action from you is required.

To request VEU/ESS access from the clients, please send the email below and remember to insert your email address.

Hi {Client name},

To enable our access to your VEU and TESSA accounts, VEU has provided us with the following option:

  • EnergyAE can create aliases for their mailboxes, which the Accredited Person can then use to onboard EnergyAE staff as secondary users.

Accordingly, please add the following email alias as a secondary user to both your VEU and ESS portal accounts: {your.name}+{client}@energyae.com

This will allow me to access both portals and submit product applications on your behalf.

Authenticator app required

Once access is granted, you may need to download an authenticator app on your phone or device. This app will be used to receive one-time passcodes (OTPs) or verification codes for secure login.

Authenticator app required: Salesforce Authenticator.

Please ensure the app is installed and set up on your device, as you may be prompted to scan a QR code or enter a setup key during the first login.

Save Aliases and password

Remember to save all email aliases and their corresponding passwords in the Contacts section of the EnergyAE Modelling Overview document
