Thanks for confirming that you would like to proceed with the residential HPWH modelling project for {Project / Product Range}.
To get the project started, please complete the kickoff details and upload the available documents to the project folder here:

The kickoff information should confirm the brand, legal entity, model list, target schemes, control settings, testing status, certification status, portal access, and signatory details we need before modelling can begin.
The main documents we will need are:
- AS/NZS 5125.1 heat pump performance test report
- AS/NZS 4692.1 tank heat loss report
- AS/NZS 2712 certificate, if already issued
- Potable water and electrical safety certificates
- Tank drawing and system schematic
- Heat pump and tank data plate images
- Installation manual and operation manual
- Control settings or control logic description
- Warranty documentation
Please also confirm whether the project is targeting:
- CER/SRES
- VEU
- NSW ESS
Once we have the kickoff details and documents, we will review the package and come back with any consolidated follow-up questions.
