Portal Access Setup
Confirm CER, VEU, and IPART/TESSA access before residential submissions.
Portal access should be checked during project initiation, not during submission week.
Checks
- CER: confirm whether EnergyAE will submit through the client’s account or prepare files for client lodgement.
- VEU: confirm the applicant entity, portal account, user access, and signatory.
- ESS/IPART: confirm TESSA account access, product application pathway, and authorised signatory.
- Record the email address used for each portal.
- Test login access as soon as permissions are added.
Exit gate
This task exits when each in-scope scheme has a confirmed submission pathway, access status, and responsible signatory.
Move to Phase 2 - Testing & Certification.
