When do you need an authorisation letter?

If the applicant company is using test reports that are owned by a different company, there must be a letter from the manufacturer declaring they consent to them using their test reports.

How do I get an authorisation letter?

Request the client to obtain an authorisation letter from the original equipment manufacturer who owns the test reports.
