Phase 3 documentation requirements and review checks before Large Commercial modelling begins.
Phase 3 checks that the documents tell one consistent story before TRNSYS modelling begins. This phase catches issues that are expensive to discover at audit or submission: brand, entity, address, model-name, control-setting, tank-coverage, and document-date inconsistencies.

This phase exits when:
- Required documents have been received or explicitly marked not applicable
- Cross-document consistency checks pass
- Any client clarifications are resolved in writing
- The Auditor Briefing Cover Sheet has been drafted
The next phase is Phase 4 - Modelling.
