Before testing begins, we recommend confirming a few items with the test lab so the reports will support AS/NZS 4234 modelling, AS/NZS 2712 certification, and the target scheme applications.
Our main recommendations are:
- Confirm the exact model names and tank volumes that will appear in reports, labels, manuals, certificates, and applications.
- Confirm AS/NZS 5125.1 heat pump performance testing will provide the data needed for AS/NZS 4234 modelling.
- Confirm AS/NZS 4692.1 tank heat loss evidence is available for each relevant tank model.
- Confirm the certification body is comfortable with the test scope for AS/NZS 2712 certification.
- Please copy EnergyAE on technical test-condition, scheduling, results, and lab RFI emails.
If any test report is already complete, please upload it to the project SharePoint folder and we will sanity-check it before modelling.
