Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs)
Certification to the relevant standards is provided by Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) who are JAS-ANZ Accredited. To register a new product to any incentive scheme, a product must appear on the AS/NZS 2712 certificate & schedule.
AS/NZS 2712 is the standard that specifies performance-based design & construction requirements for solar & heat pump water heaters. It references several other standards which lay out testing requirements.
